1brinjal sliced
1small portion of pumpkin cut into cubes
1 tspmustard seeds
1/2 tspcelery seeds
1red chilli whole
1 tspginger juice
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper mustard seeds,celery seeds and red chilli

As it crackle add all the veggies and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Cover it for 10 mimutes to be soft
4

Add sugar and ginger juice
5

Serve it with rice
