1Egg

2 teaspoonSugar
Oil for frying
Milk
pinchsalt
1/4 teaspoonhoney

Steps

Melt the butter,whisk eggs in a bowl.

Sieve flour and mix all together.top up sugar,Salt and milk and water.stir very well and to be smooth,then add honey.

Heat up little amount of oil and tilt the pan till the oil touches all over the pan.

Scoope out the mixture and out on the pan.fry till is formed.turn the other side to fry.
