Steps

Heat a deep pan with ghee add grated carrots and sauté for 2-3 minutes

Now add milk stir continuously till little thick add boiled sabudana with add little water boil till transparent stir it continues

Add cardamom powder and sugar till thick with stir it continues

Now switch of th gas and mixed powder milk mix well that make it lump free.

Other pan heat little ghee and roast almonds, cashew and lastly raisins

Now take a serving dish pour carrot Rabari in it and garnish with roasted nuts

Enjoy this hot or cold
