Ingredients

  • 1 bowlSoak Sabudana
  • as neededOil
  • 1/2 cupPeanuts
  • 1 tspCumin seads
  • 1 tspGreen chilli chopped
  • 1Potato
  • 1Carrot
  • piecesCoconut small
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspFresh coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil in pan

  2. 2

    When the oil is hot add cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Then add green chilli, potato and carrot

  4. 4

    Add the soaked sabudana and add salt and peanut powder or pea nuts.

  5. 5

    Simmer the heat and cook till sabudana turns translucent

  6. 6

    Add Lemon juice and coriander.

  7. 7

    Serve Hot Hot.....
