Take super large prawns in a mixing bowl.

Season it with salt, pepper, turmeric and lemon juice.

Sprinkle with corn flour and pat absolutely dry, dredge with corn flour.

Fry in hot oil in a deep cooking pot till crisp golden.

Now make achari mayonnaise by blending mixed pickle with mayonnaise.

Dip hot crispy prawns in achaari mayonnaise and serve
