Ingredients

4 portion
  1. 200 gmSuper Large Prawns
  2. 80 gmCorn flour
  3. 100 gmMayonnaise
  4. 25 gmMixed pickle
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tspFreshly ground black pepper
  7. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 1 tsplemon juice
  9. 500 mlOil (for frying)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take super large prawns in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Season it with salt, pepper, turmeric and lemon juice.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle with corn flour and pat absolutely dry, dredge with corn flour.

  4. 4

    Fry in hot oil in a deep cooking pot till crisp golden.

  5. 5

    Now make achari mayonnaise by blending mixed pickle with mayonnaise.

  6. 6

    Dip hot crispy prawns in achaari mayonnaise and serve
