Vegetarian stuffed marrow

We let our courgette growing more than they should have so we ended up with a marrow which as we all know is not the most tasty vegetable unless it’s cooked properly. Luckily for you this is a nice recipe!
For you non veggie people you can replace the tomato sauce with ragù: it’s delicious!😋
