100 gmkhoya
50 gmpaneer
20 gmmaida
2 cupsugar
2 cupwater
10almond chopped
1/4 tspcardamon powder
Ghee for frying

Steps

Take a bowl add khoya, paneer, maida, mix it Knead smooth dough.

Now heat sugar and water in a pan and make sugar syrup.

Make small bowl of dough and deep fry in medium hot oil, keep half an hr in sughar syrup.

Take out from sugar syrup serve hot.
