Ingredients

  1. 1 cupurad dhuli Dal
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 2Tomatoes chopped
  4. 1 tspgarlic,ginger paste
  5. to tastesalt
  6. 1/4 tspjeera
  7. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  8. 2 tbspOil
  9. 1 tspDegi red chilli
  10. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  11. coriander leaves to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash & rinse dal with water.

  2. 2

    In a pressure cooker,put oil when it got hot add jeera & cook on a slow flame until jeera becomes black

  3. 3

    Add onions & ginger garlic paste until it becomes browm

  4. 4

    Put all the ingredients in it & mix well

  5. 5

    Now add tomatoes in it & stir it until it becomes a paste

  6. 6

    Then add Dal with 1/ 2 glass of water

  7. 7

    Give it 2 whistles only & garnish with coriander leaves

  8. 8

    Cool it & serve hot with chapati
