Ingredients

  • 1.1 lbsground pork (500 grams)
  • 1.1 lbsfinely chopped shrimp (500 grams)
  • 9 ozcrab or blue crab meat (250 grams)
  • 7 oztaro root (200 grams)
  • 1.8 ozdried glass noodles (50 grams)
  • Dried shiitake mushrooms or wood ear mushrooms
  • Chopped green onions and garlic
  • 3eggs
  • Spring roll wrappers
  • Rice vermicelli noodles (bún)
  • Mixed fresh herbs (lettuce, mint, cilantro, etc.)
  • Carrot
  • Peanuts
  • Sweet and sour fish sauce with garlic and chili

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the filling ingredients together with seasoning powder and pepper.

    Wrap the filling in small spring rolls and fry until golden brown.
