Protein rich sprouts paneer tikki
Steps

Onion Chopped,green chillies and coriander leaves grind it along and sprouts in a grinder to a paste

Cut cashews into small pieces

Mashed potatoes,Paneer add it along with corn flour to the sprouts paste and cashews
- 4
Also mix together saunf,haldi,garam masala,chat masala and salt to the batter
- 5
Make round flat tikis,heat a flat pan,grease it with oil or butter and place the tikis.and the tikis turn golden brown.
Serve with chutney and sauce
