In a pan heat the ghee then put mustard seed Jeera heeng dry red chilli Curry Ieaves urad dal

Then add green chillies chopped and Moungfalli saute it becomes brown in colour

In a another bowl when rice become cool then add salt and whisked curd well and mix it then add Coriander leaves chopped

After that pour the tempering in it and mix it well

Serve it hot

Garnish with some pomegranate seeds Kissmiss
