125 gramsflour
200 mlmilk
1egg
3 tablespoonssugar
1 pinchsalt
Sunflower oil for cooking

Steps

Mix flour, sugar, salt, the egg and the milk.

Heat up non sticking frying pan with sunflower oil. Pour for the size you want. Flip a few times.

Serve individually or stack them up while adding honey and marmalade between every layer.
