Quarter pound of shrimp peeled large
Quarter pound of bay scallops
Creamed spinach
to tasteCream cheese
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Stickbutter
Garlic and diced onions
Cilantro
to tasteSeasonings

Saute your shrimp and scallops

In a bowl mix your butter breadcrumbs creamed spinach seasonings herbs and seafood
3

Season your salmon lightly and slice open your slab of salmon
4

Stuff your salmon and top your fish with a little butter
5

Place into the oven for 20-28 minutes
