First, cook the elbow macaroni: Bring a pot of water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of oil, and a garlic clove. Then add the elbow macaroni.

Once the macaroni is cooked, drain it and let it cool.

For the dressing, blend the mayonnaise, milk, mustard, onion, cilantro, salt, and spices to taste until smooth.

Gradually add the dressing to the macaroni.

Dice the carrot, chili pepper, and tomato into small cubes and add them to the macaroni. Then add the tuna and mix everything well. If you like, you can also add ham and American cheese, also cut into small cubes.
