First roast Dhaniya urad dhal Chanadhal Red chilli with a drop of oil and keep aside. Then roast sesame seeds in same pan and mix with the roasted mixture before.. it done separate to avoid burning. Make this into a coarse mixture in a small mixy jar. Now add oil in the same pan add mustard seeds curry pata hing and turmeric powder then cook the brinjal with salt very well once cooked add the tamarind juice and then the powder and mix well and simmer for two mins by mixing in interval.

Garnish with coriander and serve with roti dhal and this Subji or sambar or rasam rice.
