Cut the gourds and saute for a while

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

Fry till golden brown and keep aside

Now add oil into the pan and temper Cumin seeds and bay leaf

Add all the masalas and ginger paste,saute well

Add tomato puree and mix well

Now add the fried vegetables and mix well

Add water and allow it to cook properly

Add sugar and slitted green chillies

Finally add ghee and garam masala powder

The curry is ready to be served
