Asian Style Fried Greens

Leafy greens... I know they’re good for me but I’m not a huge fan if I’m honest. We had these greens in our #seasonsupply veg delivery so I fried them in garlic and ginger and served them with steaks seasoned in five spice. It was really tasty!

Leafy greens... I know they’re good for me but I’m not a huge fan if I’m honest. We had these greens in our #seasonsupply veg delivery so I fried them in garlic and ginger and served them with steaks seasoned in five spice. It was really tasty!

Shred the greens finely

In a large frying pan or wok, gently fry the garlic and ginger paste in the sesame oil.

Add the shallots and sliced garlic, continue to fry gently for another 5 mins.

Add the greens and fry until the greens are well wilted and tender.

Stir in the soy sauce and raw spring onions, serve immediately.
