Steps
- 1
Toast up some crusty bread. Sourdough works well.
- 2
Add the thyme leaves
- 3
Cut up some rosemary leaves with a pair of scissors
- 4
Add your favorite extra virgin olive oil. Ours had red pepper flakes marinating in it.
- 5
Add a good, aged balsamic vinegar. Preferably the kind that has a thick consistency.
- 6
Add Parmesan cheese
- 7
Add salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 8
Enjoy!
