My mom used to go to a fancy restaurant in Brentwood. Their bread dipping oil was amazing! This recipe was recreated solely by taste.

Ingredients

  1. Thyme leaves, stems removed
  2. Rosemary leaves, minced
  3. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  4. Balsamic vinegar (thick consistency)
  5. Shredded Parmesan cheese
  6. Freshly ground black pepper
  7. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Toast up some crusty bread. Sourdough works well.

  2. 2

    Add the thyme leaves

  3. 3

    Cut up some rosemary leaves with a pair of scissors

  4. 4

    Add your favorite extra virgin olive oil. Ours had red pepper flakes marinating in it.

  5. 5

    Add a good, aged balsamic vinegar. Preferably the kind that has a thick consistency.

    Add Parmesan cheese

  7. 7

    Add salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

  8. 8

    Enjoy!
