Soy milk gelatine cheesecake
Healthy, but creamy taste.
Steps

Make strained yogurt. i usually use coffee drip filter and wait for an hour.

Mix gelatine and hot water

Gently mix soy milk and sugar under small fire.

Once the sugar is melted, mix with step 2 and cool it down.

Once it's getting normal room temperature, mix with stained yogurt. Add squeezed lemon a bit.

Crack the biscuits accordingly. Add butter and put it under microwave for a minute.

Pour step 5 on step 6 and leave in the fridge for an hour.

Decorate as you like by fruits jam or herbs etc
