Ingredients

3carrots (peeled & boiled) or 1/2 bag baby carrots boiled
15 oz.Can garbanzo beans or chick peas. Rinsed and drained
Juice of a small lemon
1/4 cuptahini (sesame paste)
1/4 cupolive oil
2 teaspoonsSriracha
2minced garlic cloves or 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Steps

Put all ingredients in food processor and let it go until smooth. Add water slowly if you want a different texture (I never do)

Store in refrigerator in a glass container ideally.
