1/2 teaspoononion powder
1/2 teaspoongarlic powder

Cooking Instructions

Put dry ingredients in ziplock bag and shake.
Add fish and shake.
In bowl mix mayo and mustard.
Place fish in mayo and mustard then place in hot grease until golden brown.
