Firstly take a muslin cloth make a spice potli of black pepper, cinnamon, bay leaves, black cardamom, cloves

Then take Soaked kabuki Chana into the pressure cooker add tea water and if required water so add little more plane water

Now add chopped onion, crushed garlic and ginger, ajwine, spices potli and salt to taste into the pressure cooker

Then cover the lid of pressure cooker and cook until 4-5 whistles

Now after minutes let all the pressure release then remove the spice potli.

Now take a pan in low flame and put ghee heat and melt the ghee add coriander powder, chanamasala powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, tomato puree, green chillies, amchur powder stir it nicely add salt mix well

Then add boiled chole with water and if required add little more water mix properly

After 3-4 minutes add garam masala and kasuri methi and cover the lid for 1-2 minutes

Finally switch off the flame and garnish with chopped green onion and green coriander leaves serve hot with Naan, paratha, rice
