Ingredients

500flour
Yeast(instant) 10g/1tbs
1/2 tspSalt
30 gMargarine
80 gSugar
1Egg
260 mlWater/milk
2 tspCardamons

Steps

Weight all the ingredients

Mix all the ingredients together in the bowl

Add Luke warm water/milk into the bowl and knead into a smooth soft dough.

Allow to Rise for 30minutes
5

Pin-out the dough and cut the doughnuts
6

Allow them to rise for 30min and deepfry in hotoil.
7

Wait for them to cool and ganish with your desired flavours.
