Ingredients

  1. 250 gmBoneless Chicken
  2. 1/4 tspBlack Pepper Powder
  3. 1/2 tspOregano
  4. 1/2 tspDry Basil Leaves
  5. 1/2 tspDry Parsley Leaves
  6. 1/2 tspRed Chilli Flakes
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. Cabbage Leaves to wrap chicken pieces for steaming
  9. as neededRed Bell Pepper
  10. as neededYellow Bell Pepper
  11. LeavesLettuce

Cooking Instructions

    First of all wash boneless chicken pieces properly.

  2. 2

    Marinate Chicken Pieces with herbs and spices already mentioned.

  3. 3

    Wrap chicken pieces in cabbage leaves and lock them with toothpicks for steaming. Aluminum foil is not recommended in cooking/steaming. Still choice is all yours.

  4. 4

    Use a Steam pan, place all the wrapped Chicken in the pan and steam cook chicken for 12-15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Unwrap the Chicken Pieces from cabbage leaves and serve it with Freshly Chopped Red & Yellow Bell Peppers, Lettuce Leaves and Dip/Sauce of your taste/choice.
