    Maida ko chaan le. Usme salt, kalaunji Mila kar mix kar le. Maida ke dher ke beech mein ek gaddha bana le. Usme oil daale.

    Ab acche SE Mila le. Aur oil SE maida ko acche SE masle. Fir use halka gunguna paani Deere Deere milae aur dough ko goond de.....

  3. 3

    Maida goondne ke baad geele kapde seeHai ke 15 min ke liye rest Karne de.

  4. 4

    Fir dough SE 10 equal balls bana le. Ab usko patla bel le for Bengali pizza kutter SE trikon shape mein kaat le.

  5. 5

    Ek kadhai mein tell Garam kar le... Fir 20-25 trikon tell mein Dal de. Light brown colour sane par kadhai se nikal le.

  6. 6

    Garma Garam chai ke saath serve karein.....
