Steps

Grind the chutney ingredients in a Mixy and keep aside the chutney.

Take the Suji and add Curd,salt per taste and make a smooth Dhokla batter and if you need add little water.

Keep it for 10 minutes.

In a steamer take 1 plate greased and put in it.

In the batter 1 tsp Eno and mix it nicely.

Put half the batter in the plate and cover the lid and cook it.

Cook it for 5 minutes.

Open the lid and Spread 4 tbsp of the chutney.Now add the remaining batter to it.

Sprinkle some red chilli powder and cook for 10-15 minutes on a steamer.

Take a knife and put it in the Dhokla and if it comes out clear that means your Dhokla is ready.

Once your Dhokla gets ready let them cool.

Cut them into a preferred shape.

Now heat the Oil and add Mustard Seeds,grated coconut,pinch of Hing,sesame seeds and chopped Green Chillies.

Now sprinkle this tadka on the Dhokla alongside Fresh Coriander and now it's ready.
