Wash and soak rice for 1/2 an hour.

Cook rice along with water.

Now dry roast cumin seeds, 2 tsp raw peanut, chana daal,urad daal, cumin seeds.

Cool it and grind it.

This is rice masala.

Heat oil in pan.

Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Add 2 tsp raw peanut and shallow fry.

Add rice masala,salt, red chilli powder.

Add rice and mix all.

Peanut rice is ready.

For raita soak bundi in water for 10 minutes.

Drain extra water.

Now take curd, whisk it.

Add 1/4 cup water.

Add spices, bundi.

Raita is ready.

Serve peanut rice with raita.
