Firstly take a bowl add curd,sooji and mix together nicely leave it for a few minutes after few minutes add salt,black pepper,eno mix quickly.pour into idli mould and microwave for 4 minutes

On another hand take a cut veggie and cook idli

Heat a pan put some oil add some rai crackle it add cut veggie and idli pieces sprinkle salt,pepper,red chillyand sauté for few minutes

Take a stick set all veggie and idli and serve with sambar,coconut chutney
