In a bowl, add flour and make 3 wells. Add yeast sugar and salt in it respectively

Add water and olive oil. Knead smooth dough

Cover and rest for 2 hours

Gently deflate dough and fold

Dust surface with flour. Roll into rectangle

Trim edges. Apply pizza sauce all over

Add pizza toppings evenly all over

Sprinkle shredded cheese all over evenly. Gently roll dough to form log

Cut into equal portions. Place on baking tray lined with parchment paper

Give egg wash to pizza rolls

Bake for 15-17 minutes in preheated oven at 180

Sprinkle oregano and parsley. Serve warm
