Spinach chana dal and paneer wrap healthy and tasty

Clean and wash spinach very well and cut finely, take 1 saucepan boil 1 cup water when water starts boiling off heat put spinach leaves in it keep it for 3 minutes then drain the water

Now take a mixing bowl put wheat flour and salt add water make a soft Dough and keep 20 minutes for resting

Cut paneer in cubes and onion small small, grate carrot

Now take a pan put 1/2 tsp oil let it hot now put onion and fry till soft then add spinach and chana daal sauté for a minute add all spices like salt, red chilli mix it now add paneer mix and off heat

Now take your dough and make balls roll chapati and make the pan hot and cook chapati both side very well

Now for curd dressing take curd in a bowl add chopped garlic and little salt mix it

Now take a chapati spread tomato sause put filling then put grated carrot and coriander leaves and now put curd dressing then start rolling while rolling use tight hand than again make pan hot apply little oil both side and make it golden brown then remove from pan it’s ready
