Heat pan,add 1/2 tsp oil.

Keep by two tomatoes in pan with the help of tong. Cook

Cook both the sides.

Once they are tender then make a fine paste of it.

Chop the onions in medium cube shape. pan,add 1/2 tsp Oil.Now add Chopped onions, Green chillies, Ginger, Garlic.

In a same add Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Green chillies.

Roast for 5mins,and make fine paste.

Heat pan and 2 tbsp oil,Now add Red Chillies,Bay leaves.

Add Onion paste,saute for 5mins.

Add Tomato pureeix well.

Add Chilli powder,Egg Curry masala,Termeric,salt.Mix wel.

Add 1 cup water and check the consistency, Add Kasuri Methi.

Add By two Eggs and cover the eggs with masala to absorb the taste.

Garnish with chopped Corrinder.

Serve hot with Chapati and Rice.
