Make batter of suji, curd and all ingredients and keep it aside for 10 minutes

If batter is thick add litt batter like iddli batter

Grease the iddli moulds and making time add eno powder and mix well

Immediately pour batter in iddli mould and steam for 10-15 minutes check with tooth pick if it is clear means Idlis are ready

After little cool demould and serve this coconut chutney and sambar

Enjoy the lovely breakfast
