Ingredients

  1. 1 cupFillippo Berio olive oil
  2. Basil
  3. 12chicken tenderloins
  4. 1large red pepper
  5. 1large orange pepper
  6. 1large yellow pepper
  7. 1 cupPinot Grigio Wine

  1. 1

    Mix chicken and 1 cup of olive oil adding basil to taste and place in a 9x14 Pyrex baking dish

  2. 2

    Thinly slice peppers and tomato's

  3. 3

    Mix peppers into the rest of olive oil adding basil to taste and spread evenly across chicken

  4. 4

    Evenly cover chicken and peppers with tomato's

  5. 5

    Add 1 cup of Pinot Grigio wine or enough to cover chicken

  6. 6

    Splash basil over everything for 1 more time

  7. 7

    Bake @ 415°F for 25 minutes and serve
