Ingredients

  1. 500 gmfresh mutton
  2. 200 gmonion
  3. 2-3 piecesgarlic
  4. 1/2" ginger
  5. 8-9 green chilli
  6. 2-3red chilli
  7. 2-3 bay leaf
  8. 1 spooncumin seed
  9. 1 spoonblack pepper
  10. 2 tablespooncumin powder
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. 2 tspCoriander leaves
  13. 1 spoonmeat masala and garam masala

Cooking Instructions

    First wash mutton properly. Make paste of ginger & garlic.Add 2 spoon garlic,ginger paste,turmeric.and left for 15 min.

    Chopped onion and make paste of all ingredients.

    Take khadali and add oil when oil heat add bay leaf and onion. When onion becomes brownish add all ingredients paste and cook it we'll add turmeric powder after it add mutton. Add garamand meat masala.

    Transfer it on pressure cooker and give 4 -5 vessel

    When it cooked add corriender leaf

  6. 6

    Serve it with roti or rice as you wish.
