Ingredients

  • 1 pcEgg
  • 1/2 literKefir
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 2 cupsWheat flour
  • 1 tspBaking Powder
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Vegetable oil for frying (I fry on coconut oil)
  • Sour cream for serving

Steps

    Egg whisk with sugar.

  2. 2

    Add gradually kefir and flour, and mix well so that there are no lumps.

  3. 3

    Add the baking powder.

  4. 4

    Fry the oladky  in a lot of oil 1-2 minutes on each side.

  5. 5

    Serve with sour cream and honey or jam.
