Minced Meat with Basil (Pad Kra Pao Gai)

Cooking Instructions

In a wok, add garlic, shallots and chilies in and cook for about 20 seconds.(no need to use any oil).

Add meat in and cook until they turn browny.

Add dark soya sauce and fish sauce. Stir fry for another 30 seconds. Add french beans in.
- 4
Add sugar in.
- 5
Once cooked, turn off the heat, and add basil leaves in.
- 6
Done. Serve with rice and a fried egg on it.

So in this recipe i use local basil or daun kemangi as they say in indonesian (and it still taste good!)Actually i dont have the exact or precise measurement for the amount of sauce and chili that i'm using. Thats why again and again i remind u all to taste your food.. Some people like it spicy, some people dont.. Its all abouy taste!
