Ingredients

  1. 500 gchicken thighs
  2. 1 handfulbean sprouts
  3. 1carrot
  4. 1onion cut into think slices
  5. bunchbroccoli Cut
  6. 1 Tbschilli paste
  7. 1 tinbaby corn spears
  8. 5champinon mushrooms sliced
  9. 1 tspchicken booster
  10. 1/2 Tbssiracha chilli sauce
  11. 1/2 Tbspeanut oil
  12. 2 tspchopped garlic
  13. 1/2 Tbsabc kecap manis
  14. bunchpak choy chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Heat up oil in a wok or saucepan.

    Add garlic and chilli paste. Fry for a minute

  3. 3

    Add the chicken, don't cook it fully. It will cook fully during process. Fry for a few minutes ensure a pieces are coated in chilli and garlic.

    Add the broccoli, stir for minute, add mushrooms, corn spears, onions and carrots stir (finish this process in 3 minutes)

    In half a cup of water mix in the chicken stock powder. When fully dissolved add to the pan and stir

    Stir in the siracha, kepap Manis and peanut oil.

    Mix in the Pak choy and bean sprouts. Turn off the heat and cover for a few minutes.
