Sometimes we always have those bits and pieces of left over veggies and meat that we need to use rather than throw away, this is a result of that.
Steps

In a pan fry all the vegetables until soft, 7-6 minutes add all the seasoning in the vegetables and set asides

In the same pan fry the chicken until cooked add salt and pepper garlic and ginger add butter.

Add flour to the chicken mixture and stir in for 3 mins
- 4
Add milk to the chicken and stir to a not so thick consistency
- 5
Add vegetables to chicken mixture, then remove the bay leaves
- 6
Serve with a side of your choice
