Boil the gizzard season it very well.cut the plantain and boil,then fry with vegetable oil till is giodrn brown.

Blend the garlic,tatasi,Fresh pepper and garlic.

Boil till all the water drys up.fry with vegetable oil with onion.

Cut the green pepper and add stir add salt,knorr cubes,Curry and seasoning.stir very well.
- 5
Pour in the gizzard and fried plantain in the sauce lower the heat and let it simmer for 5minutes.
