Memories of this soup I couldn't resist has to prepare mine last night.

Soak the bitterleaf with salt and warm Water then rinse twice.

Boil the stockfish,Meat spice with onion,Salt,maggi cubes

Select the achara and cut then rinse very well.

Bleach palmoil and pour the egusi,fry for 5minutes and keep stirring and put the meat,stockfish with the stock and keep boiling.

Add the ofo in a bowl and mix with water then put in the soup and turn very well.

After 10minutes turn and put crayfish and fresh pepper.

Then salt and knorr seasoning,turn and boil very well.put the bitterleaf and turn and boil for 10minutes.then add the achara turn and bring down from the heat.
