Steps

Place water and oil in bread pan, add flour, or in the order for your machine.

Place salt, sugar and yeast in different corners, set bread machine to dough (basic or pizza) setting, switch on.

When dough is ready remove from pan onto lightly floured surface, gently knock back (knead) dough. Form in to sausage shape, cut in to eight equal pieces.

Roll each piece into a ball and place on a greased pizza tray or baking tray, cover with oiled cling film and put in warm place for 30 minutes to rise. Dont worry if they are touching when risen.

Remove cling film, lightly brush with olive oil or milk, place in pre-heated oven 200°C, 400°F. For 18- 20 minutes until cooked, should sound hollow when tapped on bottom.

Turn out, place on wire rack to cool. Serve with your favourite burger. Works well with pulled pork too.

You can sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds when glazing at step 5.
