1/2 cuppickled pork skin, chopped (optional)
3avocados, diced
1 cancorn kernels, drained
1 splashClamato juice
1 splashchamoy sauce
Maggi seasoning, to taste
Bottled hot sauce, to taste
Limes, to taste

Mix together all the ingredients: hot dogs, corn, Maggi seasoning, Clamato juice.

Add the diced cucumber.

In Guadalajara, pickled pork skin is commonly used and sold at delis or markets.

Add Clamato juice, Maggi seasoning, and lime juice. If you have chamoy sauce and bottled hot sauce, add them to taste.
