Ingredients

  1. 3chicken breasts (boiled & shredded)
  2. 1 cannacho cheese
  3. 2 cupstomato juice
  4. 1 tspchili powder
  5. 1 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1 canchopped chilis
  7. 1 candiced tomatos with green chilis
  8. 5-6flour tortillas
  9. 3 tbspbutter
  10. 1/2onion (minced)
  11. 1 cupshredded fiesta cheese
  12. 1 canblack olives
  13. Sour cream
  14. 2roma tomatos (diced)

Cooking Instructions

    Boil chicken & shred.

    Sautée onion in butter. Then add shredded chicken, seasonings, nacho cheese, chilis & tomato juice. Cook for 7 mins.

    Now place 1/2 your chicken mix in a oven safe dish, layer on top 3 flour tortillas ripped up into medium size pieces. Then layer onto the tortillas a 1/2 cup cheese. Repeat the 2nd layer with the rest of the chicken, then tortillas & the cheese again. *DO NOT START YOUR LAYERS WITH THE TORTILLAS ON THE BOTTOM BECAUSE THEY WILL STICK*

    Bake at 350° until cheese melts. When finished garnish with diced roma tomatoes, olives & sour cream...ENJOY! 😉
