Steps

Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste and salt, keep refrigerated till 1 hour.

In a mixing bowl add gram flour, Salt paprika, red chilli powder, turmeric.

Mix well, add sufficient water to make medium batter.

After 1 hour,take chicken pieces and dip in batter and fry till golden and cooked properly.

Serve with ketchup.
