First of all, in a mixing bowl, take besan, rice flour, 2 tablespoon of oil and half teaspoon of turmeric powder. Mix well and knead a tight dough using little water. Keep it aside for rest for half an hour.

For preparing stuffing, in a mixing bowl, add chopped coriander, roasted desiccated coconut, green chilli ginger garlic paste, Garam Masala, little turmeric powder, asafoetida, red chilli powder, some sugar, salt according to taste and roasted til and khaskhas.

Mix well everything and stuffing is ready

Now take the dough, need it again using little oil make small balls of out of it

Role a small Puri place ready stuffimg in the centre and seal it from all sides and prepare small pockets of it

Likewise prepare all the pockets or vadi

Heat sufficient oil in a heavy bottom pan and deep fry all the vadis till golden brown on very low flame

It can be stored outside for 7 days, once cold store in air tight container

Serve with tomato sauce or green chutney and enjoy endlessly spicy tempting and yummy pudachi Vadi aur kothimbir Vadi
