Firstly Seive the flour and put it in a big pan.

Chop the tomatoes.

Now fill the pan with water and mix it well see that there are no lumps of flour.

Now put all the ingredients tomatoes and cook on low flame after the first boil

Let it boil nicely on low flame..
The more the gravy boils it taste better.. boil till the raw smell of flour goes - 7
Adjust the gravy accordingly to the cinsistency of the gravy it should not be very liquid or very thick.

Seive the besan in a mixing bowl.
Finely chop o ion green chillies coriander and put in besan. - 10
Now mix all the the other ing oil and add very little water to knead the dough...
Note the dough should be hard.. - 11
Now make very small balls and boil them seperately in another pan taking 2 glasses of water.

Boil.on medium flame till they become double the size..

Now add these balls to the gravy let it boil for 10 mins...

Now sprinkle sum red chilli powder over the gravy and give mustard seeds ka tadka.

Garnish with coriander

Serve hot with chappati
