  • 4 tbsbesan
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspajwain
  • 1/4 tspred chilli
  • 1/4 tspchaat masala
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

20 minutes

    Boil and peel arbi

  2. 2

    Cut in to roundels

  3. 3

    Sprinkle besan.salt.red chilli.ajwain

  4. 4

    Mix with soft hands

  5. 5

    Heat oil and fry it till golden brown

  6. 6

    Sprinkle chaat masala

  7. 7

    Serve as a snack
