It's tasty, healthy breakfast recipe. Non oily recipe.
Steps

Take a big Bowl pour besan in the bowl.add veg and all spicy mix well. Now make a pakora batter
- 2
Heat a tawa with medium flame. Pour a 1 tsp oil or ghee, butter. Cook 1 slice of bread pour Pakora batter on the spread slice.

Cookd both sides with pakora better till crispy or golden brown.

Serve with tomato sauce, coriander chuttney
