Ingredients

  1. 250 gbutter
  2. 2 cupsself raising flour
  3. 4eggs
  4. 1/2 teaspoonbicarbonate of soda
  5. 1/2 cupbuttermilk
  6. 1/2 cupcocoa
  7. 1 teaspoonmint flavor or 1tbs crushed mint leaves
  8. 1 cupsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 160 degrees.

  2. 2

    Sieve the flour cocoa n bicarbonate together

  3. 3

    Cream the butter n sugar till light n fluffy

  4. 4

    Add the eggs n mint flavor or leaves

  5. 5

    Add the flour alternating with the buttermilk

  6. 6

    Put in baking tin bake for 1 hr
